What’s involved?
- Remove all old timber roofline, fascias, soffits, guttering and barge boards
- Slide the first row of tiles back and remove all old corroded felt
- Dress and remove all the rotten spar ends, then build up or cut them back ensuring that they are all level
- Attach uPVC soffit boards to the underside and front of the spars
- Attach uPVC barge boards
- Introduce a new felt tray with concealed ventilation (This will bring your roof up-to-date with new building regulations)
- Place any roof tiles back into the correct position
- Check the cement and replace and patch up any areas that have been damaged
- Install new guttering in the correct position
- Install new fall pipes
